B. Cosmetic product statement — long form

Milaude LLC (“Milaude”) sells cosmetic skincare products. Our products are intended to cleanse, moisturize, and improve the appearance and feel of the skin. Descriptions on this website, on our packaging, and in our communications refer to how our products may affect the appearance of the skin — for example, the appearance of uneven tone, discoloration, fine lines, wrinkles, or dryness. Our products are not drugs, are not intended to affect the structure or function of the body, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease, disorder, or medical or dermatological condition.

Information about ingredients, including how ingredients are commonly used in skincare formulations, is provided for general educational purposes and is not a representation about the performance of any Milaude product or a substitute for professional advice.

Nothing on this website is medical advice, and no content on this website creates a professional relationship between you and Milaude. If you have a skin condition, a known allergy or sensitivity, are pregnant or nursing, or have questions about whether a skincare product is appropriate for you, consult a physician, dermatologist, or other qualified healthcare professional before use.

C. Health and safety notice

• For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes. Keep out of reach of children.
• Read the full ingredient list before use. Do not use a product if you are allergic or sensitive to any of its ingredients.
• We recommend a patch test before first use: apply a small amount to a discreet area, wait 24 hours, and do not proceed if redness, itching, or irritation occurs.
• Discontinue use if irritation, redness, or an unexpected reaction occurs. If symptoms are significant or persist, seek advice from a healthcare professional.
• Do not apply to broken, irritated, or sunburned skin.
• Products containing brightening ingredients such as kojic acid and alpha-arbutin are best used with daily sun protection.
• Some Milaude products contain essential oils and botanical extracts, which may cause sensitivity in some individuals. Each product’s scent and botanical content is identified on its product page.
• Follow the directions for use on each product page and package.
• To report an adverse reaction to a Milaude product, contact us at care@milaude.com. Please include the product name, lot number if available, a description of the reaction, and your contact information.

D. Individual results statement

Skincare is personal. How a product looks and feels on your skin depends on your skin type, your routine, and how consistently you use it. Descriptions of appearance on this website are not guarantees of any particular outcome, and individual experiences vary. Any references to time frames or degrees of visible change describe what a product is formulated to support, not a promised result.

E. Ingredient information statement

The ingredient information on this page describes how these ingredients are commonly used in cosmetic skincare formulations and the appearance-related qualities they are associated with. It is general information about the ingredients, not a claim about the performance of any specific Milaude product, and it is not medical or dermatological advice. The complete ingredient list for each product is provided on its product page. Ingredient lists are subject to change; the list on your product’s packaging is authoritative.

F. Reviews and testimonials statement

Reviews on this site are submitted by customers and reflect their individual experiences and opinions. Milaude does not write, purchase, or fabricate reviews, does not suppress reviews because of their rating, and does not condition any incentive on a positive review. Reviews may be moderated for language, relevance, and privacy but are not selected or removed based on how favorable they are. Where a reviewer has received a free product, discount, or other incentive, that connection is disclosed. Customer statements about how a product performed for them are personal experiences, not representations by Milaude, and your experience may differ.

Photography on this website features models and is intended to reflect Milaude’s brand and its commitment to representing diverse skin tones. Images are not before-and-after photographs and do not depict results from using Milaude products. Product images are for illustration; packaging may vary.
